The Netiv Wheel: A Path of Ancestral Wisdom and Spiritual Direction

Netiv Medicine Wheel

Welcome to the Netiv Wheel, a sacred symbol that brings together Native American teachings and Jewish mystical traditions. This wheel is more than a diagram. It’s a spiritual compass for those seeking grounding, healing, and belonging in today’s world.

“The wheel turns, not in circles, but in spirals, returning us to ourselves, deeper each time.”

What Is the Netiv Wheel?

The Netiv Wheel draws inspiration from:

  • The Native American Medicine Wheel, symbolizing the cycles of nature, direction, and the elements.

  • The Kabbalistic Tree of Life and the Four Worlds – Atzilut, Beriah, Yetzirah, and Asiyah – representing stages of spiritual creation and soul embodiment.

Together, these traditions converge into one visual journey,  a wheel of memory, movement, and meaning.

The Four Directions & The Center

The Center: Netiv

In the center of the wheel is Netiv (נתיב) — Hebrew for “Path.” It represents:

  • Your inner guide
  • Your ancestors
  • The sacred in-between
  • The place of return

The center is the space where all teachings meet. It’s the still point in the spiral.
